All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Please note that products in your Shopping Cart are not reserved until the checkout process is complete.

Shipping Methods
All shipments are handled by trusted courier services selected by APOELLA:
- ACS Courier (for deliveries within Greece)
- DHL Express (for international deliveries)

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after your purchase is confirmed. Deliveries are made between 09:00 and 17:00 (local time) to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures in some countries.
